I did this today with my friend Diana. So you go to this place, Dream Dinners, at a chosen time. You then put together 3 or 6 serving size portions of dinner that you will then freeze at home. It takes some time to prepare these. They give you instructions on how to prepare it all while you are there (1 cup of this cheese, 1 tsp of this herb, etc.) and then you are given instructions on how to cook it at home. I got about 30 servings here (3 servings per bag/container for most)... just choosing an assortment of dinners, not all that I'd usually choose if given a choice, but I like variety. And the price is actually not all that bad. I am hoping that this will help me eat better. I like the ease of microwave meals but I hate the taste and the salt. FUN HUH!!! And this will be good when I'm busy with school and work this semester, I hope. All of the plastic containers are somewhat lamentable, but so it goes. I plan on supplementing this with salad and stuff. Some of these options say they are healthier, too. But most of these have ingredients I don't usually eat much of (butter, cheese, etc.) Luckily none of the meals I chose had big pats of butter necessary. :) They all, amazingly, fit into my freezer. I'm finally getting it right! Halibut can overcook really fast. Yet, usually, I second guess myself, and leave it on just a little bit longer that it needs to be.

Not this time. Five minutes (max) each side (don't move it or fiddle with it!), and that's it. It came out perfect.

I made a little green tomato and orange relish to go with, though it turned out to be totally unnecessary. Organic asparagus (ulgh, paid a premium for it though), and some microwave whole grain / rice stuff on the side.
